Peterson expands its inland shipping capacity and European logistics network with acquisition of TRABA Logistics

Peterson is proud to welcome TRABA Logistics Nederland B.V. (TRABA Logistics), strengthening our shared capabilities in inland shipping and logistics across the Netherlands and Romania.
By joining forces, we bring together talented people, trusted relationships and specialist transport expertise. The acquisition strengthens Peterson’s position as an integrated supply chain partner, expanding its fleet by three barges, adding specialist transport expertise and extending its geographical presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
TRABA Logistics brings established expertise in inland shipping, chartering and intermodal transport, as well as the coordination of pre- and onward transportation, storage and cargo handling. These capabilities complement Peterson’s existing logistics services and further strengthen its ability to support clients across different stages of their supply chains.
For customers moving bulk cargo from the Netherlands via the Danube to the Black Sea, this means more connected solutions, greater flexibility and stronger support across the entire journey.
